Refund Policy
If a student decides to cancel their course before the start date, a refund will be issued to the payer (individual or organization), minus a £50 administrative fee.
If a student withdraws after the course has started, the deposit paid (as agreed) will be forfeited, including any applicable license fees.
If the student has completed the training, no refund will be provided, including any applicable license fees.
